When I'm looking for new clothes or gifts, I have a few 'go-to' places. These are small, UK-based businesses that make eco-clothing and really try to prevent waste and make good quality items that last. I'm thinking specifically of wonderful businesses like Run&Fly, Lucy&Yak and....Broken Society <3

I have been shopping with Broken Society for over a year and they have kindly gifted me an item to review. I chose one of their t-shirts as I love the quality and the fact the design is on the back.

They focus on tattoo designs with their shop inspo being "In a world of madness, the broken come together".


This little brand has big ideas, with new designs coming out all the time, and a Christmas range! They were even recently spotted being worn by Sum 41 guitarist Dave Brown! They also do prints, cups and tote bags which make amazing gifts.

I chose a shirt that really made me laugh when i saw it- it is from the viral video (s) that never fail to make me laugh and I quote a lot! As it turns out, a lot of people do, and i have had many compliments for the tee already! 

Lets focus on the quality for a second- this tee is 100% cotton and feels so soft. The design is striking and feels really good quality. Sometimes with designs like this, they can feel plastic and fake, but NOT with Broken Society- the design integrates with the tee really well.

I loved wearing This T-shirt out. I heard a kid shout “Can I pet that Dawggggg” in the most American accent (in the middle of Brighton, UK) and we smiled and laughed at each other. 10/10- wholesome reaction!


Vegan, ethically made and great quality, this brand is an easy choice for me! I have quite a few designs in my wardrobe as I live in black tees (they have way more options!) 

For me it is a 5 star item that ticks all the boxes- it is soft and quality made with a fun design and is ethically made.

I don't know about you, but, I often find myself in my Novelty Christmas Jumper- hot, sweaty and uncomfortable.... (unlike this gorgeous Charles Spaniel who looks spiffingly cosy!)   It might be my neuro-divergent brain, or that time I spent Christmas in New Zealand and there was a heatwave, but, I much prefer a nice, breezy shirt to show off my Christmas spirit!
