With just over two weeks to go, now is a great time to start shopping for Mother's day gifts. Whether shopping for mum, mom, two mums, your MIL, caregiver or guardian, it can be hard knowing where to even begin.

One thing is for sure, there are tons of unique and beautiful items on Etsy- you can filter to shop local, plus- your purchase is carbon-offset. The sellers have reviews and customer photos, meaning you can get a great idea of the quality and craftmanship you will receive.

That's why, whoever this special person is to you, below we have curated amazing finds, local products and all vegan friendly and available on Etsy. You could even purchase these products as a special gift to yourself. Maybe you are a animal mum, or, like me, a plant mum!

Self love is in, and it isn't always easy around Mother's day, for a variety of reasons and it is important to be mindful of this.

I found the make up brushes soft and luxurious- the sizes vary: So they are great to use from foundation to eyeshadow. The soap scents were powerful, but didn't have that chemical tang to them. They are so cute and shaped- they look good enough to eat (but don't!). I am in love with iandgeco's selection of bracelets- the lava stone can hold essentials oils all day so you carry them with you. They have 7 chakra and meaningful ones- the Turquoise natural stone bracelets featured promote protection, Positive Energy and Good Luck and are a duo set.

Cream Tea is a somewhat elusive thing, as a vegan. Hear me out, I have been vegan for five years and have tried my share of vegan afternoon or cream teas from various places. Many substitute cream with vegan butter, or have very dry scones as they can't get the vegan recipe quite right...but NOT PositiveBakesCo ...Oh no...they have perfected (in my opinion) the ….drumroll please...VEGAN CLOTTED CREAM!! 

Excuse the shouty caps, but this is big news! I can't get enough of these delicious scones- they taste so fresh and delicious. The two 30g pots of jam are enough and the clotted cream stretches on and on (and I put a lot on!!) The tea bags they use are always delicious too. This time I received two Tea Pigs Black tea bags (in a natureflex [wood pulp] bag) which was divine- big leaf tea and goes so well with oat milk, it goes down a treat with a loaded scone. I highly recommend getting a box in time for mother's day- you won't be disappointed. VienWellbeing have won at candle making- that is my opinion anyway. With a variety of scents available and a beautiful 'Happy Mother's Day' lid- These hand-poured candles are strong scented, made with vegan soy wax and can last up to ninety five hours! The wick itself is made using wood wicks, to give that authentic crackle sound as you burn the candles.

Shown above are Sandalwood & Rose and Bergamot & Vanilla- both of which are stunning and fill the room with scent. Wood wicks are a new thing for me and I find them very mindful, I really enjoy the sound they give off whilst filling the room with a gorgeous aroma. 

Other scents available include Lavender & Vanilla and Citrus & Vanilla. Be sure to take a look at their shop as they have other vegan products including an exciting Lash & Brow serum which has made it onto my 'Must Buy' list, which uses pure Organic Castor Oil for fuller and longer hair.

More goodies? It can not be...surely these are works of art. Nope, you can indeed eat these gorgeous handmade vegan shortbread biscuits from EdenLivingUK - and I highly recommend you do!

These products are something very special- which you know from the moment they arrive- wrapped in pink ribbon in brown boxes with complimenting pink and green tissue paper, I was in heaven before I even opened the box! 

The shortbread is soft and crumbly, whilst the icing is the perfect thickness and only compliments the biscuit flavour. The hand decorated designs make it extra special- perfect for mum, and you can even personalise your own message!

Speaking of personalisation- Check out this beautiful mug made by ThatsNiceThatUK. Owner, Ross, is happy to customise- making an extra special gift that fits your mum perfectly. I asked for Plant Person - but some ideas include 'Mum's Coffee', 'Mum's Tea' or 'Best Mum' - find something that fits your mum! The design is stunning and went perfect with my 'Plant Mum' theme.

TheVClubUK have come up with some delicious treats in time for Mother's Day- check out this huge cookie/brownie thing!! It is thick and soft in the middle, chewy on the outside- beautiful warmed up too. The icing sets it apart and makes it so pretty. 

It is just £13 for this home-baked goodness and it is huge- perfect for sharing on the day! Or you can get an even bigger square for a few pounds extra. It has a deep, rich brownie flavour throughout and the icing is really detailed and lovely- featuring flower, leaves and butterflies it is really sweet and perfect for Mum.

These vegan leather gloves from Kikiyoscarves are so stunning- I am in awe. If you follow us on Insta you will have seen my unboxing for these beauties. (Check out our Mother's Day Stories and follow us here) Available in Tan or Grey- I choose grey- the soft faux leather on the front is pleated at the wrists and the faux suede on the back is so soft! They also have a cute embroidered flower on the finger to allow smart phone use whilst wearing.

They seem hard wearing, whilst being elegant and special. They remind me of driving gloves and I am tempted to keep them in the car, but, they are too nice for that! A really special gift, being vegan friendly and something a lot of mum's would really love. You can get these sent with a box, tissue paper to match the occasion and a gift tag.

Last, but by no means least- Organic, Raw chocolate...does it get any better than that melt in your mouth taste? At just £12 with free postage, I think this is excellent value. I found each bar to be unique and beautiful, I love how different flavours flowed out throughout. Be sure to check out the whole shop, they do chocolate for all occasions in a variety of flavours, The Salted Caramel bar looks amazing and is definitely my next purchase!
