Autumn is my favourite time to find cute gifts and stocking fillers. We have a lot of birthdays in these months, and then, of course- the C word! I can already see these adorable little knits from Etsy UK shop Close Knits making great presents. 

These handmade items cost between £5 and £6, including postage and the quality of the work is obvious.

These adorable mushroom bags are how I found the shop, in my never ending forage :p You'll see the closeness of the knit and the adorable hearts on the 'lid' really make these bags stand out. 

They can easily fit a lighter or lip balm/lipstick and have a handy design that allows you to quickly and effortlessly 'pinch' them out. These can be used on their own or added to a handbag or tote as a kind of charm.

 For our book lovers, of which I know there are a few that follow this blog, there are these amazing tea bag bookmarks! :)

I mean, honestly, when I first found the bag and saw the price, I wasn't sure what to expect. And I have been blown away.

 For me, I think the quality speaks for itself- the 'tightness of the knit'- especially on the mushroom bags is just perfect- it means nothing falls out, there isn't much movement, the knits aren't fraying wool and don't look like they will unravel under a mere tug! 

The mushroom bag is always going to be the star item for me as I love bags! The lid is large enough that it fully covers/closes around and the fact you can also use it as a bag charm with bigger bags is amazing. The plated, strong strap isn't the longest and I can't put it over my head if I use it solely as a bag, but for one lighter or balm you wouldn't need to! I think if the strap was longer it would get tied up and wouldn't be as easy to use as a charm, so it is good as is!

The tea bag bookmark is also sturdy and I wouldn't be worried about it snapping, it is just one 'strand' but, it does the job perfectly. Overall, these handmade items are very good value and perfect stocking fillers! Purchase with confidence!
